0.8 Double-track screening machine (Model: CHT-DSX-800) MES system & system width adjustment

1. Used behind SMT production line AOI and other inspection equipment to separate OK/NG PCB boards detected, dual-track single-stage.

2. The lifting platform can store 12 NG boards (15 mm spacing between each layer). When the 10th NG board is received, an audible alarm + green light alarm is triggered to notify manual re-inspection. OK boards can be transferred to the next equipment.

When the sorting machine receives the 13th NG board from the AOI, it directly emits an audible alarm + red light alarm and stops operation. Wait for the 11 NG boards to be removed, press the reset button, and the sorting machine resumes operation.

3. Step distance can be selected: 15, 30, 45. 4. Dual-track transportation, compatible with dual-track inspection equipment.
